Replacement Policy
All of our products come with a 90 day limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship of the Software CD-ROM in which the Software is contained. Please note this does not include the content of the product on the CD. Examples of defects included in the limited warranty are blank, cracked or scratched discs.
If it is within the 90 day warranty, please provide the following mandatory items:
- The disc(s) containing the defect
- A copy of your receipt clearly showing the purchase date
- A letter or card with your full name and return mailing address.
- A reason for the replacement request.
If the 90 day warranty has passed and you wish to receive a replacement, please provide the following mandatory items
- A personal check or money order for $10.95(USD) per disc requested.
- The disk containing the defect.
- A letter or card with your full name and return mailing address
- A reason for the replacement request
Please send these items to the following address. We recommend you send your return via a traceable method such as Priority Mail®, UPS™ or FedEx® as Encore is not responsible for undelivered or lost packages. Please note that Encore is not responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

From the day it arrives it will take 4-6 weeks for you to receive the replacement. If we do not have the product in stock, your check or money order (if submitted) will be returned.
